Apartment 64a, is a self catering let, offering accommodation for up to 2 adults and can be found on the High Street in Dingwall, Scottish Highlands, Scotland.  The apartment is on the first floor with a secure and private off street entrance (only stair access).  A central, but quiet spot close to restaurants, shops and a train station (five minute walk). A perfect getaway for any couple.   


The apartment consists of one bedroom with a double bed.  A sitting room with a comfortable couch and armchair, TV, DVD player and library, dining table and four chairs.  The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle and a good supply of utensils, cutlery, plates and glasses.  The bathroom has an enclosed shower, toilet and basin.  Free Wifi.  We also supply a few starter goodies, always helpful especially if you are tired after a long journey.  

There are plenty of takeaways, restaurants, grocers and butchers within walking distance.  Dingwall is a perfectly central spot for those wanting to explore the Highlands either by hiking, cycling, train or car and for people who do not want the noise of a city or the isolation of a rural setting - it is a perfect happy medium offering enough amenities for a good holiday stay.

The building was originally the local school and was built in 1781 and the views from the windows are of Church Street, where you are able to see the Town Hall (oldest building 1730), the Carnegie Hall (1903) with its seven gables marked with important Scottish figures and authors.

There is a minimum stay of 7 nights - from Saturday to Saturday.  We ask for 50% payment when you book and the balance paid 30 days before arrival.  We will refund 100% if cancellation is done 30 days prior to arrival, thereafter 50%.
